We are new employment company located in Abu Dhabi – UAE and looking for active
business development and sales specialist. The Business Development and Sales
Specialist is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that will help the
company grow its business. This includes identifying and qualifying potential clients,
developing proposals, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have a strong
understanding of the employment services industry and a proven track record of
success in sales.


Responsibilities:


• Develop and execute sales strategies that will help the company grow its
business
• Identify and qualify potential clients
• Develop proposals and presentations
• Close deals
• Maintain relationships with existing clients
• Track and report on sales performance
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends


Qualifications:


• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the employment services industry
• Strong understanding of the sales process
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Bilingual (Arabic, English) is preferred
